Ethos

No money? No problem.

At the tender age of 17 I bought my first jumper from a charity shop; it is a day I remember well. What started out as a skill has developed into a sixth sense - an eye for a bargain.

Skint like never before, I realise now more than ever that there's nothing like the satisfaction you get when you come across a real gem.  They may not smell like the rails of Topshop, but Charity shops of the North West are brimming with bargains to suit even the most pretentious of tastes.

Forget over priced 'vintage fairs' and those 'reworked' or 'renewal' sections of the high street.

Go on, give a charity shop a go.
